ONLINE DEFINITION: Walk-in Soul is alleged to be a concept first described in Hinduism. A walk-in is thought to be a person whose original soul has departed his or her body and been replaced with a new soul. Some New Agers believe that occasionally a person who has a "near death experience," will leave the body and allow a new spirit to "walk into" the body.
